Description

The Cracked Log Pendant Light comes ready to wire to the ceiling with an Edison screw pendant fitting, a black ceiling canopy and 2 metres of cord, ready for installation by a licensed electrician. If longer cord required please specify when ordering. Each shade is approximately 230mm high and 180mm wide, dimensions of each lamp does vary as each shade is unique due to the nature of the material used.

NOTE: Cracked Log Pendant Light is for dry indoor use only.

These lights are recommended for use with 75w (equivalent) warm white compact energy saving globe.
Only to be wired by a licensed electrician

Product Description

The Cracked Log pendant lights are made from salvaged logs which would otherwise have been burnt. These lamps embrace, rather than avoid the naturally occurring cracks in refuse logs. By turning them into a vessel for light, we can bring the outside in, and be reminded of our intrinsic connection with nature. This vision of light emanating from the peripheries and the highly tactile nature of my work, reflect the alternative sensory world.
